I just purchased an automobile from "Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield" and I have to give the dealership five stars out of five for customer care and service. MB of Fairfield sets the gold standard for automotive dealerships.
Frankly I went in with a chip on my shoulder from dealing with past dealerships. This dealership very quickly got rid of that chip when I saw they were going to treat me as a knowledgeable and experienced car buyer. They dealt with my trade, in a fair manner by showing me how they determined its value (Autotrader).
We talked and I got a fair price for my trade. All in all the negotiations went fairly and quickly, not like other dealerships which hang you out to dry at the sales persons desk for half an hour while they try to squeeze more money from you.
MB of Fairfield uses a customer oriented team concept when dealing with the customer. I got the same sales person; I wasn't handed off to another sales person because the original sales person wasn't getting maximum profit for the dealership.
The same went for the sales and finance managers; I dealt with the same people throughout. I am assigned my own service manager who will assist me should my car need servicing.

I brought my 05 c230 Kompressor here for Service B and I am satisfied with the service. I called to book an appointment a day prior and was able to get in sooner than I thought.
Mercedes Benz of Fairfield also provides you with a courtesy car so you can get to your destination while they work on your car. . .
I will continue to get my car service at this place because it's convenient, fast and friendly service.
