The other parts are good, especially your customer service: Tony and Jose, but this time when we asked a ride to pick up car, we have horrible experience, it happened twice within 2 days, finally get a ride to pick up our van, waste time and money since our company has to pay for our driver to wait for the ride. If your company can't actually provide a ride, please don't tell customers that you can. We planned based on that information, and it ended up costing us both time and money.
I believe I have already done this survey once. The service depart has been excellent and have kept me informed at all stages.
