I was very pleased with the service I received at Fairfield Mercedes Benz. I was not pleased with the lack of communication after I call a few times to inquire about the time my car would be ready for pickup. I found out the next day that it would be ready before closing. I did not use a rental car because I already have an extra car. I just needed a ride over to pick up my car. I would rather stay close to home for car service because it is less stressful than driving to the bay area.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. No, return calls or updates on the status of my service, I had to contact the service department. The service manager was never available.They misdiagnosed my car the first time, which added additional cost to me. It took five days to complete the service to my repair my car. Which I was told my tire exploded and they had to order from Chicago. I will be seeking service for my car at other dealerships even though I live right down the street.
Perfect experience start to finish. Impeccable communication. Car was ready before promised time. Great first visit i will definitely be back.
