Made an appointment and when I got there was told they wouldn't even be able to look at my car that day, it would have to to stay over night.
Service department is very efficient. I dropped my car off for its 5yr/50k service and received a free loaner for the day. My only surprise was the cost. I thought I was going in for the standard Service A that usually runs under $400 and was told that at 5 years they do more maintenance which brought the cost to $2,000! Since my car only had 13,400 miles on it, not close to 50k and was no longer under warranty, I decided to refuse the $700 they were charging to replace 4 spark plugs and used a 15% discount coupon, which brought the bill down to $1000. ...
