I’m Susan and I’m thrilled to be your Customer Relations Manager. I’ve been here since Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield opened in 2011 and I’ve never looked back. The auto industry is an exciting place to work, it’s wonderful assisting folks with the car of their dreams. Whether buying or servicing your vehicle with us, you can count on me (and our team) to make sure you are happy and satisfied. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my two adorable grandchildren and my “grand dog” Whiskey, our German Shepherd. I also like to express my creativity through watercolor painting and photography. I’m so happy with my career choice and I can’t wait to meet you!

I grew up in San Francisco and have a platinum French bulldog named Tofu. In my free time, I enjoy fishing and tinkering with old cars. I enjoy working with MB Fairfield because of my colleagues and the culture. My goal is to delight my customers by meeting or exceeding their expectations.
I’ve been with Mercedes-Benz since 1997, and with Mercedez-Benz of Fairfield since 2018. I have two kids aged 10, and 12. When I’m not at work, I like spending time with my family, and DJing.
Since joining Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield in 2012, Brandon Hamby has demonstrated exceptional dedication and continuous professional growth. Inspired by his father’s career in the automotive industry, Brandon began his journey as a Shop Helper before advancing to the role of Parts Advisor.
His commitment to learning and delivering outstanding service led to another major milestone in 2017, when he was selected to become the sole Parts Advisor for our Sprinter Commercial Van Center. Brandon’s career path is a testament to his hard work, positive attitude, and passion for the automotive industry. He continues to be an important part of our team and a trusted resource for both customers and colleagues alike. In Brandons free time he enjoys spending time with his fiancé, dirt biking and barbequing with friends.
Since we opened in 2011 Ron has delivered exceptional customer service as one of our greeters. Ron is happily married to his high school sweetheart of 37 years and counting. Ron has two wonderful children, a son and daughter. In his spare time he enjoys restoring motorcycles and cars. He purchased a “68 Camero which he is restoring for his daughter.
I joined the Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield team in 2022. In my free time I love spending time with my son, enjoy self-care appointments for my nails and lashes, and taking international trips!
I have been with Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield since 2018. The family-friendly work culture is what I love most about this company. In my free time, I love family BBQ’s, shopping, dining, and wine tasting.
Since joining Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield in 2013 as a temporary employee, Sadie has built a successful career through hard work and a willingness to take on new challenges. She has advanced through several positions, including receptionist, service cashier, finance assistance and currently serves in the business office as Contracts Clerk and DMV Administrator.
When she’s away from the office, Sadie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as her beautiful German Shepherd, Whiskey.
